Stuart McMillen has put together a brief visual representation of the first chapter of Neil Postman’s Amusing Ourselves to Death: Public Discourse in the Age of Show Business. Chapter one is largely a comparison of Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World with George Orwell’s 1984 (all three are must reads if you haven’t read them yet), with Postman setting up his argument that Huxley, and not Orwell, was right.
